Lewes : Surfing for Bagels!

Dave Vitella, a former Hawaii resident like myself, has brought the ALOHA spirit to the Coastal Sussex region.

Surf Bagel was opened a few years ago and serves some of the freshest bagels at the beach. My personal favorite is the Blueberry, but hold the cream cheese. As Dave knows, it’s all about a healthy lifestyle.

He is also in charge of a local summer surf camp. The camp is perfect for kids of all ages to learn how to hang ten while spending time with new friends at the beach. It’s all about the memories right!

So, for some serious morning grub and that robust smelling Vermont Green Mountain coffee head on over to Surf Bagel at Five Points next to Ace Hardware. The shop is open M-F 6:30-2:30, Sat. 6:30-1:30 and Sunday from 7-1:30.
