Heritage Creek: Now Open in Milton

On Saturday, August 9, 2008, Schell Brothers hosted a grand opening event for their new waterfront neighborhood, the Marina at Pepper’s Creek. Over 60 visitors took their first look at the new models and floor plans that are featured at this one-of-a-kind community.
As one of the few communities in Sussex County to have a marina, this neighborhood is truly unique, with Dewey Beach just a 20 minute boat ride away. Guests enjoyed food and refreshments and were presented with a chance to chat with the Schell Brothers team about the area. A highlight of the day featured golf cart tours of the water views, offering glimpses of the beautiful scenery.

CoastalSussex.com had the pleasure today to join the Schell Brothers organization as they unveiled their new Clubhouse at Independence, their active adult community on Rt. 5 near Long Neck.
Over 800 people attended this outstanding event, which featured free massages, art and martial arts demonstrations, outstanding food and the Fabulous Greaseband.
